Shipping policy

Every order is tracked, posted in plain packaging, and sent the same working day if you order by noon. Later than that, it goes the next working day.

Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales): delivery with Royal Mail from £4, free on orders of £50 or more, and free Tracked 24 on orders of £100 or more. You see the exact price and choices for your address at checkout.

Everywhere else: we're starting small, in Great Britain, while we find our feet. We can't send to Northern Ireland, British Forces addresses or abroad just yet, but they're on the way.

Parcel late or missing? Send us a message with your order number and we'll go hunting for it.
